I had a facial with Lexi and it was one of the best facials Ive ever had. She listened to what I asked for and provided a very relaxing experience. I would definitely book with her again!

I had to cancel my appointment because I am sick and the Manager was supposed to call me and has not! However they went ahead and charged me for canceling. What part of being sick they did not get! Should I show-up hacking away and with a sore throat?!

Horrible customer service. During COVID-19 they stole my prepaid membership and gave me 60 days to use the service or lose my money. When they were closed or Arizona had restrictions they took my money. Go anywhere for a message, other than Hand And Stone in Goodyear!!
