Pioneer Landscape Centers

Do not use Pioneer!! I ordered 8 tons of rock. They delivered 8 tons of fill dirt that is used fo cement r streets and driveways. Called them to come pick it up because it was not the rock I ordered. They refused to come pick it up saying I should use it then they would bring me the correct rock but they would need me to pay again for 8 tons plus the delivery! WHAT!! I have been dealing with Stacy in the "dispute department " ( they have do many complaints they actually need a department to handle it). After many conversations Stacy in the dispute department they agreed to refund for the rock minus the delivery charge and I would need to pay for someone to pick all the dirt up, deliver it back to Pioneer including the labor total it back! They are the worse most unethical company I've ever worked with. I'm now out almost $900.00 and still do not have any rock! Reporting to the Better Business.

Worse place ever Made a purchase they decided to canceled my order and refund with a check when we paid cash (and they were super quick to take it) Now who knows when we r getting that check Thanks Ian for not keeping your word and thanks Michael for hanging up the phone on me Dont waste your time by going there
