I can't say much about Kurt but his secretary is a real B***h!!! They raised my rates by $50. Then they go as far as blaming Kathi for the so called mistake. They're going to lose customers with that B***h in the office!!!

I am so glad I left American Family Insurance. Besides being expense (I found another great, reputable company where I got more coverage for less money), I am glad that I do have have to deal with the Kathy Roberts Agency any longer. I was in an auto accident about a year and a half ago (not my fault) and trying to work through this agency and the corporate offices was a nightmare! They would not return phone calls and when they did they would leave messages instead of talking with me directly. Now that the lawsuit is settle, I was finally able to leave American Family.
