        This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are old and smell musty. The hotel is in desperate need of renovations. We booked 3 days and came back after leaving in the morning and our room had not been cleaned. When we called to ask why we were told they only clean the rooms every 5 days? What hotel does that-you stay in a hotel to have it cleaned everyday. Horrible customer service. Pluses are they have a microwave and coffee maker in the room if that is important to you. We tried cancelling but were told since we booked through a third party we would have to pay for all 3 nights. Worst experience ever.

        We were in town for a wedding. The room was spacious but dated. Some things like the shower walls needed TLC, and the AC unit made really loud noises when it was turning on/off. A big plus was having the microwave and mini fridge. Located near restaurants and shopping centers. Overall a good experience, would come back in the future.

It sounds like our accommodations fell far short of your expectations; we always try our best to give every guest a great stay. Our customer service should always aim to provide solutions and assistance, not add to your frustration.It's particularly frustrating when booking through a third party complicates matters with cancellation policies. Unfortunately, this is a common issue that many travelers face.I value your feedback and will use this as a coaching opportunity for my staff and will reach out to ownership in regard to needing renovations.
