Is this how you do customer service. Burnt bun, chicken hard as hell, rotten tomatoes and just look how they put the sauce on. NEVER GOING BACK

The slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Spent 28 minutes stuck in the drive thru. Not one employee said sorry for the wait. I figured after waiting that long I would be getting new fresh hot fries.....and boy was I wrong! If I hadn't already waited so long I would have taken them back inside for a refund. At $4 a large fry we should be getting super hot fresh fries every time. You're really starting to hit the bottom McDonald's!

Horrible service at 2pm in the afternoon! Waited for 10 min for a normal meal. Customers walking out without ordering. Never again will I stop at this McDonalds!

McDonald's is a McDonald's. You know what to expect if you've been to one. Food has gone downhill but that started back in 1993 when they started using microwaves. My bad. They call them Qing ovens. Customer service has gone downhill too. I worked there when I was 16 and I excelled. Sad that many people don't have the same work ethic. The ice cream machines are a pain to clean and I suspect that's why they're always "broken" if you can get freshly made food it is worth the price.
