Dental Care at Estrella Crossroads

Trina was awesomeone of the best cleanings I had. Dr. Thomas was great and very easy to understand. Will definitely go back.

Shout out to Trina, shes amazing! Being at the dentist is a very uneasy feeling but she made me feel comfortable & took great care of me. Thank you! **update** I was suppose to come back 2 weeks later for partials. I requested the day off, made sure my stuff was in order, only to get a call the night before my appointment at 7pm telling me that the partials had not been received yet & that the imaging place that makes them never even received the scans/photos to be able to make them. The guy said on their end the stuff went through to the place & there is no way for them to know that this would happen & they found out at the very last minute. I asked if they follow up to make sure this kind of stuff goes through & he said no, that they have other patients to take care of & again they thought it went through. Now I have to wait 2 more weeks. He asked if I wanted to reschedule now but that we wouldnt know for sure when they will come in, Im like then why would you even ask if we should reschedule now & waste my time? Im very disappointed, its unprofessional & once I get this all complete I dont think Ill be coming back here.

Two crowns in the same day-Dr Thomas was so good to make sure I didnt feel anything and I really appreciated that! Carlos made up my temporary crowns and they are the best Ive ever had..absolutely no discomfort or odd feeling. He did an amazing job and so much attention to detail!

Best dental office in the west valley. The office is clean and the staff is amazing!
