Sorry but I also must say that the ATM at their location (3) of them are never working! It's crazy. This isn't a one time deal, it's happened over 3 times in a month !

I've been with desert Financial for a very long time they have always been fair to me and help when I needed. I see other commenters mad about the ATMs I've seen them down before was not a big deal to me. Most of the time you can go to another credit Union to withdrawal from their ATM without a fee. This is a good credit union I've never had an issue here. I can't say that about Banks I have tried people seemed really upset in the comments. Although I don't understand it everyone is entitled to their own opinions and experiences. Most likely you will not see someone reviewing a credit Union or Bank unless they've had a bad experience. Everyone else is just doing what they're supposed to do going to the bank and going home. There's no need to get on here with a million reviews if you're having a good experience. When ATMs go down I get it it gets frustrating but it's ridiculous to think that it is the bank's fault that this is happening. What people are complaining about is very Petty are they are not being specific enough to know whether the review is valid. It's very easy to go elsewhere with your money if you don't like something change it and that's really where this needs to end.
