Village Inn

First time here and service blows. They only got one server out and about, helping getting orders, pickup and bussin. Took 30 mins for a sandwich to make.

While we tried a new Village Inn at this location but we were not very impressed the waiter came back to let us know that it was going to be a little bit longer for our food because they only had one cook which made for a long wait not only for hours but the whole restaurant

Our waitress was great. Unfortunately, my husband's EGGS OVER EASY were well done but, worse than that , the other side was face down and burnt. The waitress was very empathetic, spoke to the manager, we over heard because our table was close to the kitchen. Soon after, my husband received a new plate of eggs cooked correctly with another apology from the waitress. She was very embarrassed and said those eggs should have never been plated.

It's a good thing I didn't want anything else because the bill was delivered with my food so the waiter could go sit in a booth on his phone. The food had no taste. What happened? This place used to be #1 on my list. Ben going there since 2009.
