Pathetic customer service. They werent at all busy, but I was told that it would be an hour wait to do a wire transfer. BofA is a joke and intentionally provides poor customer service. Edit: BofA is able to respond immediately to this bad review, but completely unable to take any positive action to improve their unacceptable customer service.

I withdrew 4,000 yuan, but the staff said there were only 50 yuan notes, not 100 yuan. But when she took out the money, I saw a large wad of $100 bills in her hand. I asked her multiple times for $100 bills but she said they didn't have any. I was only given 10 $100 bills.The rest were $20 and $50 bills. Total $3000This is very inconvenient for me to carryI was very angry. I stood aside and saw other customers withdrawing money. The counter staff gave them 100$ bills. Why not give it to me? Is it because I'm an older person? Are you Asian and dont speak English? this is unfair Whats even more disgusting is: when the lobby manager saw me writing this review, he shamelessly said with a smile: Perfect I will never go to this bank

Bank of America is like Chase, and Wells Fargo they all suck. Let's stop giving them our time and money

Wrost place to go. They had no lines and you have to make an appointment or they won't help you with an account. I call for dispute because the bank won't service you. And it's all people out of state. They transferred me so many times. Not so caring. Thinking of changing. They seem not to have people who can help at any branch.
