I am moving out of the Lunaire, and have nothing but good things to say about my time there. This was the first time I rented on my own, and the highlights of my year there include: 1. Transparent & reasonable pricing 2. Quick to action maintenance/bill requests 3. Handled all postage/boxes appropriately 4. Friendly Administration and Employees 5. Always had clean grounds, pool, and common areas. Thank you for a wonderful year, Lunaire!

Very nice, I never stayed in an apartment before now. I love all the amenities and walking distance to where I need to be every day.

I have lived at Lunaire for a total of close 4 years. And in general it is a okay place at best to live. The apartments themselves are nice and the views are good. With that being said, the customer service and management are not great. I have had multiple problems while living here in the past and the office does very little to fix issues. An issue I am currently experiencing is no matter what time of day, my unit reeks of marijuana from the air vents. Launire advertises as a marijuana free complex, but does very little to enforce that. Many people smoke marijuana outside and inside there units, and it stinks. I attempted to notify the office and all they did was send a reminder to residents that marijuana usage is not aloud. But that, as expected, was ineffective. I continued to have this issue and the general response I got from management was theres not much we can do. It really sucks to get arrive home and have my entire apartment smell like weed and than have a management team who does not care. They refuse to come into my apartment to validate the smell and do a general walk about outside when I have said something about the smell. There is also an issue with scorpions. Over the years I have had many, many, encounters with scorpions in the gym, and in my unit. I have lived in multiple apartments and houses in the Phoenix area and have never experienced anything like this. The office seems to have a hard time keeping people employed. It seems every other week there is new employees working in the office and none them, besides the property manager, seem to have a clue as to what is going. It feels like they are there to sell apartments to people and thats it. They are nice but never helpful. Lunaire has a mail box room called Luxor one. When you receive deliveries, the packages go into these lockers. Some of the lockers are shared and you will have other residents packages in your box. As you can see this can be an issue. I had a package go missing. I informed the office and they told theres nothing they could and its Luxors problem. Luxor told me I received my package, but I did not, another person from an another unit took my package. Management did not care. The pool area is nice but all the equipment there, such as the grills, are outdated and barely work. The gym has a few working machines and dumbbells. Its a basic apartment gym and gets the job done. Parking is good for the most part. Each apartment is assigned 1 covered parking spot. All of the other uncovered spots are open for guests. But, many residence have more than one vehicle. The result is many vehicles, owned by residents, being parked in the same spots for days, weeks, and for some, months without moving, limiting spots for quests and individuals who have multiple drivers with vehicles in their units. Management does not enforce this what so ever. Lunaire does not have any security. They contract a 3rd party company called blue steel on the nights and weekends. But if you have an issue, like a string marijuana smell in your apartment, the security company will take forever, hours at times, to respond. And when they finally do, the issue longer persists. And to Lunaire, thats good enough. Maintenance employees are probably one of few things Lunaire has done right. Every time Ive entered a maintenance request, one of the maintenance employees had responded with urgency and was extremely friendly and helpful. In general, its a nice place to live. All of my neighbors have been friendly for the most part. The facilities are in okay shape. Management is not great. They have treated me and my family with a very passive aggressive attitude and seem to not care. It feels as if they treat you as expendable. You go to management with issues, such as packages being taken, many scorpions in your unit, the smell of weed coming from your air vents, and they treat as if you are replaceable, like, if you dont like it than leave. Its very disappointing. I would heavily weigh your options before deciding to live here at Lunaire.

They are wonderful, I just moved in and through out the whole process they made us feel welcome. This is mine and my fiancs first place together and we could not be happier with it.
