Taco Bell

I don't know what's going on with my favorite Taco Bell, but I need them to get it together!! My food was just thrown in my bag, it was cold and wrong!

They were missing everything they were advertising, and I had to settle for basically my third option on the menu. If give them one star if not for the staff being friendly and apologetic.

Went in to the lobby to order .. had to use the kiosk as no one was up front when we entered .. ordered 2 burritos without meat & one with meat & requested a mild sauce ( it asks you if you want sauce) When we receive our order which was a to go order , there was no sauce nor napkins & none of the burritos were marked so we had no idea which continued meat & which didnt. The burritos were very poorly made, not wrapped tight & ends were open. Very disappointing .. plus restrooms did not have TP in the dispenser .. it had just been placed on the top of the trash can & you had to pick up the entire roll to remove what you needed! Will not visit this location again!

We had a really good experience this trip. I believe the window person makes a difference. And the food was good.
