Overall had an amazing experience thank you to each and everyone who attended my Bambi and overall the vets that were on top of my bambi illness and concerns the fact that he was rushed out back as soon as we arrived says a lot and was taken care of just over all giving us the comfort and options of what to do next a big thank you to Jacob as well for being so good with my Bambi and to us for cuddling with my Bambi as he crossed the rainbow bridge the hospitality was incredible for the bottom of my heart I truly am thankful you guys were so good to my Bambi and thank you for the lovely condolence card gave me tears in my eyes again I would highly recommend

I want to give my sincerest gratitude to the wonderful team Dr Rojas, Dr Da Cunha, Dr Chase, My Angels Stephanie, Ray, Jasmine and Bethany. Thank you all for having the compassion that saved my POPPA. Poppa a pitbull mix. 3 months and very mischievous. He had eaten 2 socks and a hair scrunchie. I had no money and other vet hospitals were talking thousands of dollars. Even those offering payment assistance for those in hardships. Midwestern saved my POPPA at no cost and I am forever grateful for their compassion. My children and I wish you all well.

It'd be nice if they had called and updated me on my dogs health instead of me having to call to figure out where they were in their surgery. And then every time I tried to call and get their recheck appointment scheduled I got sent to voice-mail and no one called me back. I won't be using them once they have their sutures removed. We'll go back to desert ark where they actually return the phone calls and keep us up to date
