We loved this vet when we first started coming here in early 2023 because they were able to take my dog in on an emergency visit. We even signed up for their senior wellness package. Its been next to impossible to get an appointment with them, my girl had to go to another vet for an emergency procedure back in November because the doctor couldnt even give us a call back. It took two days for someone at this office to tell us to go to another vet but by that time she already had the procedure done at another clinic. I scheduled a check up with one vaccine two weeks prior to the appointment and two days before I asked if they could accommodate a 10 minute window into our appointment because my work scheduled a last minute meeting and the front desk gave me attitude and said they were busy and needed to reschedule me weeks out for my dogs vaccines and pay upfront before my next appointment if I couldnt make this one. At this point Im out $400 for that wellness package and havent received half of what they promised. I wouldnt recommend this vet at all. Against my better judgement I made an appointment to review my dogs needs, explained over the phone and through their app my dogs needs and when I went in today they said they were only treating one issue. But both issues went hand in hand and said I have to go back and make another appointment two weeks out to address the second issue because theyre only doing drive by appointments. Their care is a joke, dont take your pet here even if its down the street

I wouldnt imagine bringing a fur baby here in the future. Our dog was sick and needed attention we brought her here. They did X-rays and stated that there is something stuck in our pups belly. They couldnt tell us what it was besides of how much everything else was going to cost. They gave her medication to help her but a day later she started vomiting blood which was not happening until after we brought her to this clinic. They stated they would call the next day or so but never did. Also mentioning how a few days later I called to speak with the dr & till this day I have not received a call back regarding an issue that I have had. If you want good care for your babies find a better place than Glendale Animal hospital.

Update 1.26.24 - although Dr. Day has retired, Dr. Brown has been seeing our Golden and she has been great! She takes the time to make sure that all of our questions are answered and takes great care of our pup. Our dog does great here, Claire is very friendly, takes time to answer our questions and even though it's a 40 min drive for us, it's still the best vet we've been to in the valley. Original review: I'm not sure why the 4.2 stars! This has been the ONLY vet in the entire valley that we've consistently taken our pup too. We have a 4 year old Golden Retriever who had thyroid issues and Dr. Day and staff were able to quickly diagnose, and get her regulated. Any time she has been to other vets for any other issue it was always a $1200 trip while getting the run around on what the issue could be with no resolution! I've been taking our dog here for several years and won't go anywhere else!
