        Apparently appointments mean nothing. Arrived to find 10 to 15 animals ahead of me (for inoculations) at my appointed time. When I asked the tech how long I would wait I was ignored. Asked the manager about the reason for the delay he said "staffing problems". Nothing else. Entire experience had an almost hostile feel.
