I just purchased a 2024 Enclosed Trailer $13.5K at the Glendale AZ store. This is the worst sales experience I have ever had. I purchased trailers in 3 different states and this place is by far my biggest regret. The prior Negative reviews are true (please read them, listen to them and run to a different store). Make sure to review your final invoice. They charge for parts that you already paid for (several), they also remove or exchange parts. When you call them out on it, they get very upset, especially Daniel the store manager. He becomes very disrespectful, threats to call the police, calls you names, since he thinks he owns the store. NEVER EVER buy from them, you will be extremely sorry and regret it.

I will also be making a complaint to the BBB.

Bought my trailer here and have always felt they had good customer service and helpful staff. I recently bought a replacement trailer fender and needed the fender light for it but they didn't have the style my trailer came with so I bought two new ones, which we ended up not using. I reluctantly bought them, because the price on each was really high. $26 ea. And when I tried to return them, and didn't install or even wire them up, I was told they don't take returns on electrical stuff. The pricing and return issue is the only reason I gave them 3 stars. Don't buy electrical stuff here unless you know you'll use it and can't find it somewhere else.

I unfortunately purchased my trailer from big Tex trailers in Phoenix, horrible experience. I went to Jacksons trailers to purchase a spare tire and rim and the entire staff was extremely nice. Super helpful and their prices are better on parts than anywhere else. Highly recommend this place for everything trailer related.
