      image Scheduling an appointment means nothing here. We showed up early for our appointment and were told we have a 45 minute to an hour long wait just to get started, and because there was no indication that they would not be ready on time for our appointment we did not have another vehicle available. When we asked if we could get another car, within 10 minutes, they refused to hold the appointment. I will not be returning to this place. Other places can get you in and out quicker without an appointment.
