        I made an appointment because it was recommended to me by a friend of mine. Got there early. Waited an hour or so. Just so the lady can tell me she cant take me because she has to close. Meanwhile shes just chatting it up with her friends. Rude and unprofessional. Dont waste your time. Go somewhere else.

        Ive been doing my taxes here for over 10 years and never had any issues. Their tax preparers are very knowledgeable with tax laws and have an answer for every question. This year we used the portal to upload, sign, and pay. I would highly recommend this option as everything is located in one app.
