        I've been doing my taxes here for a few years now but it's always kind of been a struggle. Itzel always gets my info wrong. Last year was my SS, this year she put the wrong numbers on my form... now I have to face the consequences with the IRS. Don't think I'll be going back.

      Hi Valeria, if the social security was wrong, the system let us know right away and we can fix it immediately. In regards to your last year tax returns, you requested to do your taxes with your last paystub and the information wasn't clear in regards the federal withholding. We corrected our mistake right away and refunded the tax preparation fee. This year you came back for an estimate and you didn't finish them.
