Therapy Tree - Glendale

I'm giving two stars ONLY because I love my child's speech therapist. The reason for the low rating is Therapy Tree's policy on cancellations is ridiculous. They require at least 24 hours prior to the appt to avoid a $65 fee. Their policy & fee still applies if a child is sick. Our child got sick over the weekend and had an appt around Monday at lunch time. We called early in the morning and left a voicemail, yet we STILL HAD TO PAY THE $65 FEE. What are we to do? The clinic is closed on the weekends, so we could not speak to anyone regarding canceling today's appt, nor can we predict when our child will be sick. It's as if Therapy Tree rather have parents bring in their sick children instead of canceling since their fees are so ridiculously high, and their policy regarding sickness is a joke. Do better, Therapy Tree.

some of the staff was delightful and thats the only reason I would give it one star. The policy when your child is sick and booting them. Marked wrongfully calling things no shows. We wont be referring back to any location at all. supposedly here to help but will boot a child at the first chance! HA! Zero stars honestly.

I have a really negative experience, i have been trying to contact the referral team and leave voice message and nothing no answer, i went personally to this office and after wait in front of the desk, the lady say : Can i help you, after ignoring me for about 2 minutes,, it is sad when you try to find services for one of your kids and this things happen, and then she told she can do nothing in there, so they can not arrange an appointment for evaluation for the speech therapy

My younger son went to this location for just shy of a year and each session was met with a warm welcome from the front desk staff, like Megan, who are always available to answer questions or make necessary schedule adjustments. Every therapist we'd encountered was truly a pleasure to work with, my son primarily saw Mariah for speech who is incredibly passionate about the kids she serves. We saw so much progress and the only reason we departed was an insurance change. My older son sees Karissa for OT, he says she is one of the nicest people he's ever met. If you have the privilege to go to this office you will not be disappointed.
