        I called to get an appointment today 9/11/21. The lady said in 20 minutes. I got their about 25 minutes. I saw a man pull away from the parking lot. There were no cars in front of the building. No receptionist was there. The lady said she was busy. I asked when would she be available. Lady kept saying I don't know, I don't know. What kind of business is this?
