Process was fast and easy, from booking on the phone with the front end lady to having my sign posted, will continue to use them

Placed my order on line. The post was loose, contacted the office and immediately it was corrected. Office personal is awesome!!!!

First time using the company. Had them set a post and when I went to attach the sign, post was not very secure in the ground. Rained a couple days later and the post fell over. They only service the 85266 area of Scottsdale 2 days a week and charge a $30.50 trip fee to re-set. I like the style of their posts, but they seem to lack on the service side. Won't be using them again. Thanks for the clarification. I don't know how you expect 7" in the ground to support a 6' post or maybe with the added trip charge to reset when it falls over that is the idea.
