Google gives wrong directions for this location. Carters clothes are great and always fit true to size unlike many other brands.

We have a swimming event coming up and the girls needed new bathing suites. They had a sale on some suits the girls fell in love with. I called to see if they they had their sizes in stock. They offered to put them on hold for us before closing to pick up in thr morning. The store is always clean and organized. Carter's locations do not have dressing rooms, but it is super easy to return or exchange. I have their credit card I love using to earn rewards. If they are out of stock on something they will let me know who has it and will even order online for me and have it shipped to my home. The manager who's name I forgot Cassie Kassie?  I even asked her, but I've been so busy is exceptional and helped us by going about and Bellwood helping us with sizing.

Needed to buy some things for my friend's baby shower, and Karla was so friendly and helpful! They were having a great sale! I was able to get a sheep blanket, sheep onesie, and sheep rattle all for $26. I had found the first two items but really wanted a sheep toy to go with it all and Karla overheard me and found one at the other end of the store! Great customer service.

I am expecting a baby for the first time and it took a lot for me to even walk into a baby store because i am overwhelmed on where to even start. I thought coming here would be a good experience but instead I got followed around like a criminal. My fiancé has tattoos on his face and I can understand the stares and judgments but face tattoos doesn't make him a bad person. This lady at the door greeted us, just staring at him, asks us what we're looking for and proceeds to work. She followed us to the middle of the store, then followed us to the back of the store, then when she followed us to the baby sock section, we both noticed what was happening and decided to leave. She was not putting clothes away she was just looking through the racks next to us each time we moved. So unprofessional, and it gave me so much anxiety. I will never shop here or any carters location again. Not that they care. I went to old navy instead and spent $90 on baby clothes for a better price anyways. Thanks for making a first time mom feel very uncomfortable!
