Large selection and employees exhibit patience, efficient and helpful. When I walked in I went in line to return 2 pairs of shoes I ordered online. Long line, but the cashiers assisted and moved the line very fast. 4 stars because I found a shoe on display in my size but couldn't find the left shoe mate. I asked for help, which the clerk checked the inventory and found the left mate was replaced by a half size smaller. Apparently a cashier didn't check both shoes when checking out a customer . Disappointed none the less.

The shoes are great but the sizes they carry are limited. I rarely buy there due to lack of sizes.

We went to shop for shoes today and I always get an adult pair of shoes with my kids shoes during the bogo sale. Not only did I have to yell at everyone over the music. We got up front and they tried charging us full price and stated that its 29.99 and up. Since her shoes were 29.99 exactly they wouldnt give us the bogo deal. She then proceeded to show me the sign under the cabinets up front stating that they can not honor the bogo advertised on their store logo outside. She then put them back under the cabinet which is the kicker. I told her she should probably advertise that to people and she kept saying she got it today. Nowhere in that store did it list we had to spend over 29.99 to get the bogo. Between the rudeness of the staff and the party environment of the music, I shouldnt have to yell at the staff so they can hear me, I will not be shopping here again.
