I wish I can rate this place 0/5. Not a single hello from any employee after entering this place. I asked for some sizes to try and waited for 10mins and no one ever came back to me. I asked another employee and the same thing happened. I asked for a second time if anyone is looking for the sizes I asked and the guy asked me what shoe was it. I told him about the shoes again. After about 20-30 mins of waiting, the guy came out looking annoyed and checked the shoes on display for the size I was searching for. He tossed me the sneakers and told me here, heres your size the shoes wasnt even the same size because I was looking for womens size not mens!! The kids in here need to be taught proper customer service. Theyre too busy chatting and flirting with each other than selling and working. I took my $200 some place else! Maybe learn a lesson or two from famous footwear.

Visited this store on Sun 3/10/2024 at 10:00am and I wasn't greeted by a single employee. There were 4 employee working and they just stood there talked amongst each other. They ignored every single customer in there. Ridiculous! 0 stars

The only reason I am giving this place 5 stars is because of the employee Dakota who went above and beyond for me, other people working there should really be trying to be more like him! The manager especially.

Staff could have cared less that there were customers in there. Not welcoming, zero customer service and cussing like they dont have a filter. Really makes me not want to return. The ONLY positive thing is the store was organized and clean.
