        How many times a d how many of the 3 female employees do u have to tell the cheese is dry and stale on the corners and get ignored my kids got white American for my kids how rude not to fix it .....

        Horrible customer service and no communication, gave me no napkins and charged me for 2 cookies when I asked for one and they didnt even have the one I wanted and wouldnt give me a refund, over filled my drink and spilled it plus my sandwich was cold, not gonna come back to this one sadly also mentioning how rude the guy at the register at the end of the transaction he didnt give me a receipt and I asked for it and he pointed at the printer saying its right here like he wanted me to grab it then he handed it to me

        I don't know why there is low rating but my experience here has always been great. The staff is wonderful and so nice. They make my experience here feel welcomed. Don't be fooled with the low rating. Its a nice subway. Plus its located in nice Downtown Historical Glendale.
