Prioritizing only customers walking in although I submitted my order way before . Had to wait 30 minutes past when my online order said was ready.

This place is utterly gross. Management is highly disrespectful and insulting as well as barely changes gloves in between making sandwiches. I do not reccommend this place to anyone.

It's gotten even worse. The new management is terrible. One of the "broccoli boys" they hired shows up to work stoned out of his mind. I get that the job is boring but come on... you can't wait to do that at home? With the homeless presence and with their inflated prices, I've finally given up on this location and make the drive to Firehouse Subs instead.

This subway in Glendale, AZ is easily the worst Subway location Ive ever been to. The owner only ever has one employee staffed despite super long lines. Lettuce is white and dying, tomatoes are pale and dried, ingredients arent fresh. When I order online and come in to pickup the food is never ready and the employees are very rude. Would not recommend. Employees are always stoned out of their mind or just super negative and mean for no particular reason. Many times employees simply refuse to make your order if you didnt order online and they try to close before the time posted on door. Pure laziness. The employees use profanity and often dont even do the bare minimum job theyre hired to perform. They actually sigh dramatically and get upset when a new customer would walk through the door like were inconveniencing them or stopping them from playing on their phones.
