I cannot say enough good things about Cynthia. If you're looking for a realtor that goes above and beyond, you've found her. We told her we were coming to Phoenix for a week to look for a house and she cleared her schedule for us. She took us to nearly 40 houses and we found the one! Her insights were invaluable--she pointed out all sorts of potential issues that we would have missed. Cynthia was also meticulous about the paperwork and closing process. We closed while we were out of town and she coordinated a floor remodel and appliance delivery for us. Seriously...what kind of realtor provides that much assistance after closing?! If you need a meticulous realtor who loves what she does and loves her clients, you need Cynthia in your life!
