Franzi made our house search so much easier and less stressful. Especially during this current pandemic and fast paced market. She was always attentive, responsive and reliable. She was very accommodating and went out of her way to meet with us and even do video tours for us when we were unable to attend a viewing in person. Franzi made our home purchase so easy. She was supportive and caring every step of the way. She always made immediate time to address our concerns. We had plenty of worries but she just made everything so easy, alanswering and explaining every concern we had. Franzi made what could have been the most stressful thing into an effortless process by owning her processes. I never felt learn to be a realtor, because she was always there. I will definitely have her facilitate any future selling or purchases.

Franzi helped me to buy 2 houses and sell one in the past 3 years. Franzi is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, personable and is always available and responsive to phone calls, texts and emails. She helped me through every step of the way and made the whole process so easy and seamless. She was able to secure me top dollar for the sale of my house and was so patient and unrelentless in finding a new home that was right for me.
