The appointment went fine then they fell apart. Their portal doesn't work. The prescription needs a prior authorization but they have been unresponsive after calling, emails and trying to contact them through their terrible portal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I've been coming here for the last 7 years. When I first came here I would see Dr. Manjit Bhamrah. Now I see Rachel Jacob, FNP-C. Both have been great. I did a sleep study to update my CPAP and their overnight care person George (Not sure on her spelling) was great. I've yet to have any issues here.

The front desk staff was friendly but the office as a whole is seems to not care about their patients . I really dont understand why when I had my second sleep study done for my mask fitting that my cpap wasnt ordered then . They make all these unnecessary appointments with no resolution. I just had an appointment yesterday thinking I was going to pick up my cpap machine since I had my 2nd sleep study (which was a hassle to make that appointment) for the mask fitting for the cpap machine just to be told that I have to wait another 4-6 weeks to get the actual machine . So I took off work for no reason . Which makes no sense to me because they schedule these appointments 2 weeks out (even though the sleep studies are done in house ) so during that time the order for the machine could have been submitted but wasnt . They try to blame it on the insurance but thats not true at all ! The wait time in the waiting room is ridiculous. Im really disappointed with the providers patient work ethic . Its been a month since I was diagnosed moderate sleep apnea and I still have no relief. The only good thing I can say about this place is the sleep study tech . She is very knowledgeable, explains everything and very professional!
