I can't give 5 because the call center outside the actual clinic is terrible. It's a long story but they said I couldn't see my provider for a week while they were rescheduling me as he had training on the day I was previously scheduled for a visit. Well I would've been without important medications for a week if that were the case. Training is typically a few hours to a day so I knew that was off. I had to put my foot down for them to finally give me an appropriate day. Then the actual clinic called to try and schedule me. So they didn't actually make the appointment they said they would! I could've showed up and not been seen. I can't just stop my medications, that would've been a real problem. This was the most recent and shortest story. I've had 2 other bad experiences with them. If it wasn't for the kind staff at the clinic and liking my provider, the call service would've made me go somewhere else.
