I've used multiple property management companies in the past few years (due to issues) and this is the first that I haven't had to hand-hold through issues. Excited to no longer dread thinking about my property.

Steve and Jennifer are so easy to work with. They care about their property owners and tenants as well. Cool Blew does plumbing and a/c for them and have worked with them for multiple year now.

I am in the service industry. I have worked for property managers for decades. I just assumed you had to be a dirt bag with no heart to be in the business. I knew the Weliver's personally and there are few people who I know who do so much good in the world as this family. I was suprised to say the least. I wasn't till I started working for them that I saw why they were so successful. They hired me to do several jobs but one day Jennifer was actually cleaning the property for the owner FREE I don't know if she could do that for everyone but the owner spent a lot of money fixing the place up and she wanted to cushion the expense. As I worked more for them I honestly saw that they sincerely tried to get tenants the opportunity to get back their deposits and jumped on repairs. I was when I found out they don't charge an application fee which is an actual percentage of the income of a lot of property managers I was blown away. There's too much to say about these great people and their amazing business model. All I can say is that if your looking for a place to rent id literally wait till they had something before id rent any where else.
