      image Very unfortunate. We are in Hartford court. These guys are charging 190$ per month HOA. But my husband is following up for a street light since last 8 months. Stay away from this company please.....

      image I am actually surprised they have 2 stars! Kachina Management Company is so bad (how bad you ask) that we as a group fired them. Worst property management company ever!

      We have received your review and have been gone from Larkspur Gardens for over six months. As the management company, we went above and beyond to provide the services necessary for the community. The owner even personally loaned the community money more than a few times, so that utilities were not shut off and to ensure the community could function properly. I guess the saying – no good deed goes unpunished – is correct.

      image As a business owner who works with a lot of different Property Management Companies I found our experience with Kachina Management to be outstanding. They have been very responsive, handling issues in a timely matter and uphold the CC&R's as an HOA Company should . I would certainly recommend them to any one who would need a property management company ,
