Mike had one of the most competitive quotes for a chrome delete on my car, so I gave him a shot. Was super responsive, and friendly throughout the whole scheduling and and material order process. Mike did a great job on the window trim however the front grille gave a bit of trouble. Despite still finishing the job, Mike decided he could do better on the grille and offered to re do the front free of charge knowing he could do better without me even asking too. That's a fantastic business owner. Mike is a great guy and does great work, willing to make it right. Excited for him to come back and improve upon his work! I recommend this business!

Mike was great to work with!  He was quick to respond with a fairly-priced quote, and he got the job done in record time.  He even drove an hour away (twice) to work on my project.  I read the one-star reviews, and it looks like they were both from the same incident, and you can see Mike went out of his way to try and make it right for them.  Thanks for all your hard work, Mike - I truly appreciate your help!

Works as BCX Printing Center and this one. Filed complaint with the BBB. Filed a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. The Arizona Registrar of Contractors has now determined this company is contracting without a license and even has two warrants for contracting without a license. This apparently is the third complaint.
Long story short, Lisa Duong's review and all the one star reviews on Google is exactly the experience. Was an absolute ordeal working with this company and left us with unfinished channel lit sign with trim caps missing and left unlit for weeks and got yelled at, cussed at, and given no date or urgency to finish with a litany of excuses, no shows, and missed dates. Had to find a real company to finish and fix all the issues with the sign.
