This company has no online portal for orders, invoices, or any photo selections. Then send repeated unprofessional emails demanding expedient payments, but when you call no one is available to take payment of the invoice. This is an email I sent to Victoria Enriquez: Ms. Enriquez, I find your style of communication rude and unprofessional, just because you use words like good morning or please, doesn't mean you are a good communicator. You make me unwilling to have a dialogue with you to discuss things in a more detailed manner. Based on how you handled this situation I am sure you do not actually care about your clients or their satisfaction. I would suggest that you and the managers at your archaic company read your google reviews and institute an immediate overhaul of your billing practices. You operate as if it were the 1970s and the internet hasn't been invented. Your clients can't even pay in person, what kind of business model is that? I had asked for billing information late in the fall and provided my personal contact information directly to the coach and yourself. Yet, I didn't get any response until months later. Then you begin demanding I respond in a more timely manner to pay it, with no way to pay other than over the phone during limited business hours. I work full time during the same hours your company is open, and take lunch at the same time your company takes lunch. Do you see the issue? Why does your company decline to have more convenient methods to pay, such as online or in person? I have paid this invoice, and if it were for the strangle hold your ridiculous company has on the highschool sports and yearbook community, I would NEVER be a client. Grads Photography was hired to take pictures for my childs sports team. I was unhappy with the original pictures taken and the company was very accommodating in getting new photos taken- even though I wasnt purchasing any additional photos. My only complaint is the communication with staff. When I showed up for the retake, they couldnt find my sons appointment and squeezed him in. Luckily it wasnt too long of a wait. The same thing happened when we came in to get the photos. I received an email saying they were ready, called to confirm, showed up 10 min later and no one seemed to know what I was talking about. Not even sure how thats possible. The pictures were found though and everything worked out in the end.
