Ive attended classes at Glendale Jazzercise for 11 years, ever since moving to the valley. The owner and instructors are great! There are several time slots available to fit your needs. If you enjoy music, dance and fitness come join us. Youll love it!

Great workout, no matter your age! Upbeat, great music and losing weight, build muscle... you can't go wrong!! Felt this way 20 + years ago, 4 years ago with my 1st post. I still feel that way.... check out GLENDALE JAZZERCISE.... you'll be glad you did!!
