Walmart Pharmacy

I tried picking up from the pharmacy and let the person know what I was picking up, the name and DOB. It may have been under two different names, so I explained three times what I was picking up and clearly gave the name and DOB for both. I was told they didnt have it. Got home, told my wife and she had me listen to the recording Walmart left for her. We called the pharmacy and the person on the phone, different person than I talked I person confirmed our stuff was there without any issue. What a waste of time to have to go to Walmart twice. You think when you tell somebody what you are picking up and the information they ask for, you would get your product. I received an apology and excuses when we went back. If you cant trust the pharmacy, who can you trust!?!?!? This is not the first time for total mis communication at that location, so better for me not to go back.

This is always a waste of time, because nothing will change. We are the sheep who continue to flock to the store with terrible reviews just to suckle at the teet of China's low prices.  Finding someone to help at any of the stores regardless of location is the same drama every time. Expect whoever you find in a blue vest to have no knowledge of where things are located throughout the store. They aren't there to help you, only to restock shelves. Buying ammunition is the worst. Every time it's a 30 to 45 minute wait for someone to actually help and that's only if they have a key that works. Each store has their own rules on how much ammunition they can sell you in one visit. Some are unlimited others are limited to three boxes at a time. Even management doesn't want to listen to anybody's complaints or questions. I've complained about this to several managers and nothing has changed. It seems Walmart has been in limbo as to whether or not they even want to sell ammunition at their stores for several years, because no one ever seems very eager to help sell their stock. I know I'm not the only one complaining about this, while I was waiting for someone to come open the cabinet, two other customers walk by and told me they don't even buy ammunition here because it's always a 30 minute wait at least for someone to help.
