The person who answered the phone was extremely rude . When she asked which doctor I want and I replied that I did not care, she falsely accused me of being rude. I told her it was my opinion and did not care which one, and since when was it is a crime to state your opinion of not caring which pain doctor I wanted? I finally hung up due to her being so obnoxious. Will be doing business elsewhere. Where do they get off thinking they are doing the patient any favors? The patient is a paying customer and expects decent customer service, if enough people stop going there then the office will lose business and have to shut down. To all you mean nasty secretaries, the doctor is only as good as his nasty staff, that means you would lose your job and you and your nasty attitude towards the patients, caused the doctor to close the business.., I can only imagine how bad the rest of the staff is . Sorry Doc, your nasty phone answerer just lost you some money.

My experience at this practice was horrible. As a 67 year old who recently moved to the area and had received excellent care in Ohio I am EXTREMELY disappointed with how this practice is run. I stayed with them for 5 months because anyone can have a bad day. But it never got better. They never billed my workmans comp properly and didnt tell me but continued to bill my regular health insurance. I never saw a doctor for initial new patient consultation only a NP Angela Morton who was rude and impersonal and wanted to force me to have an ablation procedure without any consultation with a doctor. She wouldnt listen or discuss it with me. When I tried to talk with her about my concerns she said she wouldnt treat me if I didnt have it. I was appalled! I can not recommend this practice at all. After searching and searching , since December because the pain management drs I was seeing DIDNT want to have more than a 5 min consultation with me. I have a bad neck and a new injury to my back.  I was nervous about seeing my 3 rd Dr. well let me tell you I saw Samantha and she was absolutely amazing! I wish I could give her 10 stars because she made me feel completely comfortable, listened and gave me a treatment plan!!!! I'm so happy
