Great techs and mechanics! Really helpful front of the house staff. A great place to have a purchased car inspected for unknowns or have a car inspected prior to purchase. I think that anyone should easily be able to just their engine in the hands of the mechanics here. Thank you, Carl's Car Care!

They are honest and reasonably priced. Carl's won't try to upset you on things you don't need done like the dealerships do.

Have been coming here for years. Went to the shop in January to replace a ton of items and fix an oil leak. Had to come back 2 weeks after for the oil leak.. stated that it was just because the oil leak was so bad and they had to "wash it off." Pretty sure they didnt tighten something after oil leak issue and oil change.Stopped for about 2 weeks but continued to have an oil smell to it. After 2 weeks started happening again. They saif to give it time.. now a month later still leaking.Really annoyed. I've never has this issue with them. Seems like they are under new ownership but they deny it. Prices went up big time. Not the same repair work. Also missed a leak on my mom's vehicle when went in for oil change. Luckily she went to a dealer and it was covered under warranty. They even showed pictures that was leaking for quite awhile.
