Splendid Nails

Really wanted to like this place and sorta do.. But I dont understand paying 5 dollars less for a fill then a full set .. 53 dollars for full set, 48 for fill. A little upset and a manager did not want to speak to me.

was at this nail salon yesterday. I had no problems with the woman who did my pedicure. She did a fantastic job. My problem was with the nail tech. I told him I wanted my nails square tips with rounded corners. Must have told him 3 times. He does squared tips. Then when I go to pay, they charged me $47 for my pedicure when I asked for the $37 pedicure. Please be wary of going here if you are new. I've been there before in the past but they probably did not recognize me

Dip nails and a pedi. Nice atmosphere and decent price for good quality dip with no lift after 3 weeks.

I usually love this place first time I was ever charged $60 for my nails alone and apparently the tip is included ?? Since when does someone tip themselves and add it to your credit card without letting you know. Very disappointed. I believe this is an isolated incident as it has never happened in the past but definitely considering going somewhere else.
