Ive been coming here for about 2 years and it was amazing in the beginning but the more time that goes on the less quality there is in the service. I got a pedicure done and the gal was clearly new so I was giving some grace and trying not to be that customer. But after asking for warmer water 4 times I gave up, none of the sides of my toenails were cleaned up, when she was scrubbing the bottoms of my feet if I flinched or curled my toes because Im a little ticklish she would stop and stare at me, after the third time she was BARELY grazing my foot with the scrubber. Moving to the massage, I ended up having to ask her to stop that as well because the repetitive singular movement she was doing was just her long nails scratching the bottom of my foot. Finally on to polish, and as I said above she didnt clean up the sides of the toenails so theres jagged edges and visible dead skin still so I walked out with a pedicure that looks 1-2 weeks old.

Been going to diva nails for years. Sometimes I would try different salons but I always end back up at Diva !
They don't rush you in & out, they always can fit you in, super clean salon, entire staff is friendly too! I am a forever fan & customer of Diva nails.
