        Kim (the business owner) is the rudest, most unprofessional person Ive ever dealt with. They take forever to finish services too! And way overpriced! Save your time and money!

        DO NOT GO HERE. I came to this location because it was closer to my house than the one on Happy Valley. BIG MISTAKE. I got my nails done and realized when I got home that they were very thick and uneven, I was very polite and called to see if I could get them fixed. When I got to the salon the lady (not sure her name) asked me what was wrong, I showed her my nails and said there was too much gel and they were chunky and uneven. Before I could finish, she got a nasty look on her face and told me no? they are not chunky, and told me it's because I got chrome powder. I told her it didn't turn out how I wanted, and she sighed and said "So what do you want? All new gel?". As someone who works in the beauty services industry, if someone is unsatisfied with the work you've done, it's not your job to tell them they are wrong, it's your job to make sure they are satisfied. Needless to say, skip this location and go to the 35th and Happy Valley one, my nails are always great when I go there, and their customer service is superior.

        this place is beautiful and so clean ..im from out of town and they got me in next day..extremely friendly and the girl..didbt get her name..did a fabulous job on my nails..definetly recomened this place..next time im in town and need my nails done will definetly go here
