Sheridan came into our transaction at a difficult time and was able to process everything required for our loan in unprecedented time (11 days!). He also was able to secure us better terms than the lender we had originally planned to use. He was extremely responsive and willing to chat at all times during our compressed timeline. We were overall very satisfied with his performance.
