Mike is a fantastic real estate agent. At every step in the process from initial conversations to post-close he was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and calm about each phase. He went the extra mile on helping stage the home. Mikes contacts for repairs were all high quality and reasonably priced. In short, Mike gets a grade of 100 from us. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to sell their home.

I wish I knew more people to recommend Mike to! He was such an incredible asset to me as I sold my first home. From our first phone conversation I knew I was in great hands. Its been almost a year since we listed our last home with Mike Tart. It was right around the time they started shutting everything down because of COVID. We were apprehensive about how everything would go and how long it would take considering the environment. We were also a bit anxious about letting strangers into our home with the pandemic. Mike did a fantastic job of reassuring us and taking all the necessary precautions. We had an accepted offer within a week. Mike was invaluable during the process, especially suggesting which repairs we should take care of and even suggesting repairmen. He went out of his way more than once to offer advice and assistance. We were so happy with the job Mike did that we are in the process of having him list our second home. We highly recommend Mike Tart for your real estate needs!
