        I love Zupas, but I usually go to another location. Ive been on this location like four times in the past few months and its been the same: dirty. The restrooms are not clean at all and the food area same. This last time we asked someone to clean the table for us and she soaked the rag and cleaned it, leaving the table soaking wet, who would eat on a surface like that? There were no clean tables, all had bread crumbs or were sticky, etc., the floors are always dirty. After this last time I wont be coming back, the only reason I ate there on those occasions was because I was already there and in a hurry but now I know better. The staff is friendly but cleanliness is paramount.
