Went tonight about 8pm 4/4/22 for the first time. Drive through. Got home and ate my food it was was not good at all. The green salsa had way too much sugar. The red salsa didn't taste like salsa tasted like some chemicals. The lime and strawberry drink tasted funny. Of course like a powder drink but didn't taste right at all. I got the beef enchiladas and the bowl. It just didn't taste right. The chips were stale. I really hope they get a new chef to actually taste the food when done. It was disgusting. I'll probably never return here again. I was hoping it would be like chipotle, taco bell. Or at least filibertos. All the food just tasted like some kind of chemical or something was old bad. I rarely write reviews. The food was so bad I wanted to share. And hope im not the only one and management can see this and actually taste the food. I wish I got my recipe for proof. But I'm not here to get my money back I ate the food I was hungry even though it all tasted so bad. The only thing I enjoyed was the queso dip.

I used to really like this Costa Vida. They had a great Taco Tuesday, then got rid of it! Bad choice since there are lots of other taco deals near by on Tuesday. I gave up going here for a bit but decided to go back today. I got the salad. It was good... but then I got to the rice, and it felt like I had rocks in my salad. The rice was so hard. I also ordered a large drink, which was only filled up about 2/3 the way. With prices on the rise, they need to step it up with their service or they will be out of business in no time.
