I received TRT from men's vitality center for 3+ years and I recently switched providers. I shared my entire blood work history, +3 years, with my new provider and he stated that I need to consult with my neurologist at VA. I switched providers because I had never met the Men's Vitality Dr. face to face or ever received any type of message from him in the 3+ years............ I made the right decision in leaving Men's Vitality Center. Below is a message from my new provider that I started with March 01, 2024. " Reviewed all old labs from 2020 and 2021 that patient submitted. He has NEVER had an LH and FSH done despite extremely low T levels, in the 100s... I *strongly* suggest patient either have his neurologist or endocrinologist review his MRI scans from the past few years to rule out a pituitary tumor. If the pituitary was not sufficiently imaged, he should either have an MRI now or go off testosterone for 1-2 months and have LH/FSH/T measured. Or he can do none of this and run the risk of an undiagnosed pituitary problem.

Talk about a game changer! Ever since putting my trust and care in Brandon Buzans, PA-C hands, my life and health has only gotten much better! In 6 months after starting TRT and Manjaro self injections for type-2 diabetes. My A1C has improved to the point where I no longer have type 2, I'm within the normal range. I lost 50-58 lbs of viseral and belly fat! I'm also being treated for long term opioid use for prior back surgeries and issues from being a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne. I have decided to stop all opioid meds and have done this for about 4 yrs and just started the Buprenorphine after 3 years of methadone maintenance and tapering. I wanted something healthier for my mind and body since I'm doing everything else right in trying to get healthier, so that's why I decided to switch to the Buprenorphine. It just makes you feel normal without cravings and nervousness for your next dose of opiates. which they also handle. Talk about a "New Life"! I literally feel like I'm 17 again until I look in the mirror and startle myself! Lol....Dr Evans has also treated me one time and I really enjoyed the time and care with him as well. Brandon has done such a great job in my health care, I decided to make him my Primary Care Physician! The front office and nurses at Men's Vitality are some of the nicest people I've met inside of a Doctors office. Can't say enough good things about Brandon, Dr Evans and the entire staff at Men's Vitality!

I originally only came here for Testosterone treatment. I knew my levels were low, and had my Family care doctor at the time check. I was right. Not being a expert on Testosterone therapy she put me on a program that was actually making my levels go even lower. I was referred to Men's Vitality Center by a friend of a friend. From the first visit I was convinced they knew what they were doing. Besides my T-levels they did a complete blood work up, more inclusive than my regular doctor ever did. I got more info on my overall health from tests from my very first visit than ever before. PA-C Brandon Buzan took the time to actually listen to my concerns, read my results, track any changes in my results, put me on the correct meds, and explain in real world terms what they do. They quickly became my full time doctors. While weight loss was not my main goal with visiting Men's Vitality center I have lost over 130# and have cholesterol and A1c under control. Blood pressure has always been a issue for me when going to the doctor. I have nerve damage in my upper arms from sports, and work injuries. When getting my blood pressure taken it cause great pain, that always make my pressure reading spike. The nurses like Laci, Ashley and the rest here are awesome. They are always caring and friendly, and take the time to be gentile when taking my blood pressure. Allowing me to go off unneeded meds other doctors love to throw at you. I highly recommend going to Men's vitality Center for all your medical needs. *update 3 years later kept weigh off, and now down 210# total.
