My previous review was 5 stars, "Great place to get a good massage on short notice. Friendly, clean and quiet. The guy next to me even fell asleep."
But after my recent visit I'm changing it because of the following reason. When I went to include the tip, which I thought was a fair tip the cashier insisted in a manipulative way that I pay more. Very disappointing. I paid what they requested, but I won't be back.

Pretty decent massage. They dont ask how much pressure youd like, so my muscles still felt pretty tight after a 30 min chair massage. I even asked for more pressure but the woman still went only light-medium. She also wasnt very friendly.

Came in town and stopped in to get a massage. Everytime I visit Serenity the massage is always top notch! Full back massage is the best by Zhao! He has amazing amazing hands and hits all pressure points! Far exceeds the regular in and out standard massage he is the best in Az hands down! Keep up the great work!
