Details Landscape Maintenance

I was referred to this company by my property management company for a large tree that was knocked down during a storm about 2 weeks ago. My Property Manager sent the work order and I was suppossed to hear back same day. I waited until after the weekend and still hadnt heard. Called peoperty manager back and they said the work order was already sent and gave me the number to Details Lanscaping. I called them and they said they did not have my work order. Called property manager back and they had it handled that same day. Details Landscaping then took over a week to call and schedule a time even though they are required to call and schedule within 48 hours or so of the work order. I took time off work to be here for the landscapers as I was informed they would be here "in the morning" (no specidic time or window was given) and then they didnt even show up! No follow up call. No emails or texts. My property manager doesnt even know whats going on at this point. Ive called Details Landscaping multiple times over this now almost 2 week timeframe and left several messages and no one has returned my calls. I understand if theyre busy especially with recent storms but if you make an appointment and cant keep it the least someone could do is call and let the client know. I would not reccomend this company at all just based on lack of communication, zero customer service and total lack of professionalism.

SO ANGRY!!!!! this company stormed my back yard yesterday and rained down hundreds of pounds of debris all over my patio, furniture, landscaping, shrubs, potted plants and yard decorations! They broke things, butchered my trees and broke arms off my cacti..... Ive had other companies here before with much better results! I suggest looking for another company if you like your stuff!!!!

My Experience with the company was wonderful they did a every good job got there on time they did what they had to do I would definitely recommend them to any apartments complex that requires landscaping !! 5 Starts All The Way ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏼
