        I called them to confirm they had the parts I needed, they confirmed and said they had them still bolted on the vehicle. I drove 45 minutes to their shop, lo and behold they didn't have the parts at all. They are liars, not worth your time. Edit: no, they didn't tell me the only way to guarantee that they have the parts or not is for me to come down and check myself. If this place was actually good, the guy would've got out of his chair, walked his small parking lot and confirmed whether the parts were available or not. Don't force people to drive down to your shady business and force them to look instead.

      Good Afternoon. Sorry that you feel that way. We are a full and self service yard and many customers come in and remove the parts they need for their vehicle. As you were told on the phone the only way to guarantee that the part is there and inspected is to prepay over the phone so we can remove and give it our 5 point inspection before you drive out 45 minutes to pick it up.
