So what can I say about Kristine towards Farmers Insurance and my experience with them. When I moved here from guam in 2004, I met Carlos(Kristines father). Very caring, helpful, and actually listens to you. He has a good memory, and I dont think ill ever forget him, and guess what?! He hasnt forgotten about me. One time 3 years in with farmers, he asked Me a specific question and didnt expect him to remember that! When Kristine took over the office I was a bit nervous if she would give me the same treatment. Guess what?! Like father, like daughter. Shes sweet, caring, hardworking, on top of everything I request and shes very communicative. Im extremely glad I found the two, cause now they are family to me. 15 years with them has been great, and I look forward to staying with them for a very long time. I recommend them to anyone. You mention my name (Nel) to them. They will tell you They know me. Why wouldnt you give them a shot?! Thanks again to Kristine/Carlos team at the office for always taking care of me. Kris has been a fantastic agent. She is proactive with communication and suggestions on ways to maximize coverage or lower costs. We have auto, home and life through her. Also - I've processed a couple of claims and used roadside and it was all seamless. Highly suggest her as an agent!
